Welcome to stay in this luxuriously renovated beautiful, light and stylish apartment.

It is fully furnished, with one bedroom, bathroom, separate kitchen and terrace.

Just outside the door is Amsterdam's most luxurious shopping street where you can go shopping for brands like Armani, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci and much, much more!

It is located in the south part of the city center of Amsterdam, in the heart of the Fashion & Museum district. The Canal district and major attractions such as the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Vondelpark (the famous city park of Amsterdam) and Leidseplein are just around the corner.

The rate for the apartment is;

Low season: € 150 per night.

High season: € 160 per night.

where high season is between 1st of May to 30th of September.

The price is all inclusive for up to 2 persons plus a smaller child still sleeping in a cot.

An extra bed in the living room for a child under 18 years old can be arranged for an additional charge of € 25 per night.

PAYMENT TERMS

For a reservation to be confirmed, a 10 % down payment needs to be done to secure the booking.

This payment can be done by PayPal (recipient: adamappart_gmail.com ) using your own PayPal account or credit card.

We require a € 200 security deposit in cash when you arrive, which will be returned when the apartment is found in good order upon departure.

Payment of remainder of rent can be done by PayPal using your own PayPal account or credit card or in cash upon arrival.

For any of the payment methods the latest date of payment is upon arrival.

Please be informed that this is a No Smoking apartment and that pets are not allowed.We do not allow any parties in the house, it is not allowed to heavily fry things on the stove using a lot of oil and please restrain from using stiletto heels as this will cause damages to the wooden floors. We would also appreciate if you take off your shoes before walking on the rugs in the apartment.Cleaning is always done before check in and on Fridays, which means that if you stay over a Friday our cleaner needs to have access to the apartment. Please read the detailed rental terms attached in the document below.

They are open Monday-Sunday between 8-22.Marqt; organic food market approximately 10 minutes walk. Good quality meat/fish/vegetables etc. A bit on the expensive side, but can be well worth it. Also worth noting is that they don't accept cash, only credit cards. Its open Monday to Saturday from 8.00-21.00. Parking

As you can imagine as in all major cities, parking is not the easiest thing in Amsterdam.There is on street parking all around only it can be expensive and very crowded. It costs approx. EUR 4 an hour, but gets less expensive if you buy a day card. We recommend for guests to park in the Olympic Stadium Park and Ride and then take the tram to the apartment (approx. 10 min ride). It's much cheaper and safe. Tramtickets are included in the parking fee.Here is some info. in english on the Park & Ride Facilities in Amsterdam.http://www.amsterdam.info/parking/park-ride/The closest one is as I earlier mentioned the one by the Olympic Stadium, see below extract of the text on the website:The Park and Ride (P+R) parking facilities are located on the outskirts of Amsterdam near the ring A-10. The idea is that you park your car for a low fee of € 6,- per 24 hours, with the free unlimited 24 hours public transport ticket for people of the car (up to 5 people) and you continue your visit using good metro, tram or bus connections with the centre of Amsterdam.With an additional payment you may purchase 48 and 72 hours public transport tickets. You may park your car at the P+R site up to the maximum of four days. You should inform the parking service about it, so you will be receiving public transport tickets for all these days. As they are heavily subsidized, you must return your used public transport tickets to the P+R parking service at your departure, when paying your parking fees for the whole stay.P+R car parks are, open 7 days a week, 24 hours with the exception of the P+R Bos en Lommer(from 7 am to 10 pm). Communication with the centre of Amsterdam are tram lines 16 and 24This parking lot also has free bicycles to lend (up to two bikes per car, -your ID will be required).

Bike Rental

Biking is by far the best way to get around Amsterdam. If you decide to rent a bike while you're here, you'll feel oh-so-Dutch as you cruise along the canals.Think about your safety though as there will be lot's of other bikers, trams, scooters and cars in your way.The 2 closest places are MacBike on Leidseplein and De Baron Fietsen on Overtoom.
