Welcome to stay in this luxuriously renovated beautiful, light and stylish apartment.
It is fully furnished, with one bedroom, bathroom, separate kitchen and terrace.
Just outside the door is Amsterdam's most luxurious shopping street where you can go shopping for brands like Armani, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci and much, much more!
It is located in the south part of the city center of Amsterdam, in the heart of the Fashion & Museum district. The Canal district and major attractions such as the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Vondelpark (the famous city park of Amsterdam) and Leidseplein are just around the corner.

RATES
The rate for the apartment is;
Low season: € 150 per night.
High season: € 160 per night.
where high season is between 1st of May to 30th of September.
The price is all inclusive for up to 2 persons plus a smaller child still sleeping in a cot.
An extra bed in the living room for a child under 18 years old can be arranged for an additional charge of € 25 per night.
PAYMENT TERMS
For a reservation to be confirmed, a 10 % down payment needs to be done to secure the booking.
This payment can be done by PayPal (recipient: adamappart_gmail.com ) using your own PayPal account or credit card.
We require a € 200 security deposit in cash when you arrive, which will be returned when the apartment is found in good order upon departure.
Payment of remainder of rent can be done by PayPal using your own PayPal account or credit card or in cash upon arrival.
For any of the payment methods the latest date of payment is upon arrival.
